Urban Network Merges

Urban Network merges with Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre.

Technology and IT constantly continues to move forwards, providing businesses with new and innovative solutions to the way they operate. Alongside this, companies that specialise in IT services also have to constantly seek new ways to service the needs of our clients. Which is why Urban Network, Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre, have decided to merge under the operating name Urban Network.

The merger promises an exciting move forward for the three companies, enabling them to combine their strengths as one entity and provide a wider offering to their clients and partners. Urban Network has built a strong reputation of providing bespoke and personalised managed services to businesses across Greater London. Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre provide similar offerings in the Midlands and the East of the UK. Alongside these offerings, Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre will also bring new skillsets to the table.

Heart Business Systems are experts at installing and maintaining telecommunications systems and have extensive experience in supplying and supporting VOIP and internet telephony systems. Kerbury Business Centre bring their 25 years in the printing and copying industry and a wealth of contacts and expertise.

What this means for our Clients

This merger is an exciting step for clients of Urban Network, Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre because it will enable them to access a wider range of services and IT solutions from one company. This streamlined process will reduce the time and paperwork used to deal with multiple service providers. Instead, the combined client bases will have access to the merged expertise and services that were previously offered separately by the three companies. Perry Ashby will remain as the CEO of Urban Network and will continue to provide expert leadership in Sales and Client Relationships, Stuart Willcocks will use his comprehensive expertise to head up Operations and Service Delivery, and Paul Moore will use his extensive accounting background to lead the Finance Department. This combination of skillsets brings expert leadership to all facets of the business.

This kind of joined up thinking will also enable Urban Network to provide more integrated IT and communications solutions for our clients, improving cyber security, productivity and efficiency, as well as assisting them in getting the best out of their IT infrastructure and systems.

All sites, offices, and locations previously used by all three companies before the merger will remain operational, ensuring that clients continue to receive the personalised and bespoke services they have come to expect.
