With one of our managed print agreements, all printing supplies are monitored and replacements are sent to you in good time , there is no need to waste valuable time that should be spent in your business trying to source printing supplies. All breakdown costs and spare parts are included in the agreement with guaranteed response time from our own fully trained support staff.
PAYP Printing (Pay As You Print)
With one of our refurbished devices you only pay for the copies/prints you actually use, and there is no cost at all for the hardware – we give that to you for free!
Free document scanning with one of our Multi Function devices.
We charge you just 5p for mono prints and 25p for colour copies. As an example, if you print 100 mono and 200 colour it will cost you just £55.00!
Your only other expense is paper, and there are no minimum charges. All we ask is you keep the machine for a minimum of 18 months. You can collect and install yourself or will we deliver and install for just £80.00.

Dizzy’s Day Nursery had several inkjet machines attached locally to their PCs and Laptops, with a heavy spend on a mixture of manufacturers consumables, Liz also expressed a desire to be able to scan and to have smudge free printing.
Kerbury installed a Samsung CLX-8640 Colour A4 MFP, fully networked so all PCs and Laptops could print. Replaced on a further agreement with a Samsung 4060FX Colour A4 MFP.
We took a long time to decide to sign up for managed print service with Kerbury as we wanted to make sure we were making the best decision for our business.
